packaging
Shipping box not pretty? babycheeks take great care in being thrifty and earth friendly. We uses mostly recycled or reused packaging and shipping boxes. We believe it’s only what’s inside that counts!
All items at babycheeks are checked and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged / broken in transit contact babycheeks immediately and we will arrange a replacement. And in the event of a manufactures defect that was beyond our control, please contact us and we will arrange to have this faulty goods returned to us for an exchange or refund.

Canadian Orders - British Columbia residents are subject to 6% Provincial Sales Tax (PST) on items that are not exempt. All Canadian Residents are subject to pay 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST).
International Orders - No GST or PST will be charged on items that are purchased AND delivered outside of Canada
ordering / payment options
1. Order online - our secure online ordering system is available 24 hours a day/7 days a week to take your order. We process payments using a secure payment processor. We currently accept VISA, American Express and MasterCard. You can also pay using PayPal Secure Account Transfer Service which accepts most major credit cards.
2. Call us – want to deal with a real and friendly person? Call us at 778.292.0495 and Pay with VISA, MasterCard or American Express over the phone. We will be happy to chat! Our customer service hours are Monday to Saturday 10am – 5pm PST. If we are busy chatting with another customer please leave a message and we will do our best to return your call by the end of the business day.
3. Email - Orders can be made via email. Simply email babycheeks@shaw.ca detailing what you want and we will contact you within 24 hours with an order confirmation and collect your payment information. Please do not supply us with your personal credit card information in the email as we cannot guarantee complete security with email.
4. Money Orders - if you would like to use a money order to pay for your order, please call us at 778.292.0495. We will place the order for you, provide you with your total, our address and give you a confirmation number. Upon receipt of the money order, we will then ship your items to you within 24 hours. Simple. The old fashioned way.

Please be assured babycheeks will protect your right to privacy. Your personal details will not be disclosed or sold. All information will be used solely to process orders or forward our newsletter. We take great care to protect your personal information, credit card number, email address, and phone numbers and will not be shared with any third parties.
If you do not want to receive our newsletter via email please let us know. We will be happy to accommodate your request.
shipping times
It is our policy to ship your items as quickly as possible. We try our best to get your items out of our hands within 48 hours. Expect orders to be received within 4-7 business days within Canada and 5-10 business days within the US. However, we are a small family run business with children of our own to look after and sometimes we need an extra day to pull it all together. We do not process shipments on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
We try our best to ship your entire order in the same package. However, some items ship in their own packaging and if this is the case you may receive multiply shipments. Additionally, some items may ship directly from the manufacturer, while others ship from our warehouse. Please note that while an order may be fulfilled in multiple shipments, shipping is charged only once based on a flat fee per order, not per item.
We use Canada Post Expedited Parcel as our primary method of shipping. Shipping times may vary depending on
location and whether the item is in stock, special order, pre-order or back-order.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the local customs authorities once a shipment reaches your country. These additional charges are the responsibility of you, the customer, and are payable directly to your mail carrier.

flat fee of $12.95 on all Canadian orders (Canada Post - Expedited Parcel)
US shipping rates
flat fee of $17.95 on all Continental US orders (Canada Post - Expedited Parcel).
babycheeks will not be held responsible for packages that are held up in customs or by the post office. We will ensure all paper work is filled out correctly at our end to ensure a smooth delivery.
Please note that if shipping outside of Canada your order may be subject to duties and taxes charged by the destination country. babycheeks is not responsible for the collection or payment of any duties or taxes and is the responsibility of the receiver.

overnight shipping
Overnight shipping or faster delivery may be available on some items. Please contact us if you require this option. Please note that additional shipping charges will apply. Please call us at 778.292.0495 prior to placing your order or for further information.
are you local?
We are happy to meet you in person and offer local pick up if you live close by. Just enter “PICKUP” in the coupon code section of the check out form to void any shipping charges. Ensure your contact information is entered correctly in case we need to contact you. Your packages will then be available for pick-up at babycheeks brick and mortar store after 36 hours of placing the order online. We will also require a copy of your order confirmation for verification. Pick up is available Monday thru Saturday only.
product availability
At babycheeks we do our best to stay on top of current inventory levels, however, we are only human and on occasion we do sell out of items faster than our website is able to track. If we are sold out of an item that you have purchased, babycheeks will contact you immediately to help you with backorder, replacement, or credit for the item.
order cancellation
In order to cancel your on-line order you will have 24 hours from the time of initial ordering. Please call us at 778.292.0495 or email us babycheeks@shaw.ca to inform us of any order cancellation. If notifying us by email please write “ORDER CANCELLATION” in the subject field and list the details of your order.
returns / exchanges
Our return policy is 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund to your credit card or Paypal account. Please call us at 778.292.0495 to make arrangements for a return.
Our goal is to make your on-line shopping experience as great as possible, so we commit to a no hassle return policy!
In order to receive a full refund of your on-line order you will have 14 days upon receiving your goods to return the merchandise to us providing it is in the original undamaged packaging, as well, store tags must be attached. babycheeks will not be held responsible for the shipping charges of a returned item. In the case of an exchange, we will ship the replacement item out to you free of charge. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received.
Merchandise may be returned only if it’s defective, or unwashed and unworn with or without a receipt.
This does not apply to personalized or items which for hygiene reasons cannot be returned unless faulty.
When returning footwear, shoes must be placed inside of the manufacturer’s shoebox, then inside a separate shipping box. Do not write on the manufacturer’s shoebox. Footwear returns will not be accepted unless both the shoes and shoebox are undamaged.
To send an item back to us, please enclose the babycheeks invoice which arrived with your package.

We will send you an email notification when your refund has been processed. Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the original order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
For returns outside of Canada do not accept packages via courier companies (FedEx, UPS etc) only USPS due to custom charges we will not willing to be accounted for.
